Ingredients

1/2 cup butter (Vegan Butter-Earth Balance)
1 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (pecans, almonds, walnuts)
    1/2 cup coconut flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 cup coconut milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and cut into small pieces( I used a can of peaches and rinsed off the juices.)
3 cups fresh berries (Blueberries and blackberries)

Tips

Add cinnamon to the topping and it gives it a great taste.

Directions

Preheat oven at 350.
Allow butter to come to room temperature.
In large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry slowly.
Place fruit in deep baking dish and push fruit down to break some of the fruit up so natural juices release but berrys are still in take.
Spread doughy top over the entire surface of the berries and press down to flat.

Place in oven and bake for 60-75 minutes.
Serve piping hot.
