Ingredients

    1 can of organic chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
    2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp homemade baking powder, see recipe
    1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt
    1/4 cup raw honey (if you like it sweeter, add 1/3 cup raw honey)
    1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    1/2 cup Enjoy life mini chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Put all the ingredients (except chocolate chips) into a food processor. Mix until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Place batter in a greased 9" pie dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
