Ingredients

    1/4 cup onions
    1/4 cup water chestnuts
    1 celery stalk-chopped
    1 tbsp bell peppers
    1 can of Tuna in water
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    1 tspn of chives-chopped
    2 tbsp Mayo-lite
    2 Dill Pickle Spears Chopped
    Dash of Black Pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingrediants together.

Spread on wheat bread or salad.
