Introduction

Delicious and easy to prepare - they are exactly as the name states. You can either do these in a frying pan on top of the stove or even more delicious is to brown the chops a bit first then put all ingredients into the slow cooker and let them cook all day. Ingredients

Pork Loin chops (I prefer boneless)
    Light Sour cream
    Skim milk
    One package Onion soup mix
    Fresh or canned sliced mushrooms.

Directions

Heat oil in frying pan on about medium heat. Brown the pork chops on each side. In a separate bowl mix all other ingredients. Pour over browned pork chops. Let simmer on low for one hour or more. The longer they simmer the more tender the meat will become.
