Ingredients

    1.25 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thin
    1 large onion, peeled and sliced into wedges
    1 large red bell pepper
    Kroger Fajita seasoning mix
    1 tbs canola oil
    1/4 c. water

Directions

Saute peppers and onions in non-stick spray until tender. Remove from skillet. Add canola oil and chicken, cook through and drain. Stir together water and seasoning mix in skillet, add chicken and vegetable mix and bring to a boil. Continue to heat until hot.
