Ingredients

    1/3 cup olive oil
    1/3 apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
    2 sweet potatoes
    1 1/2 bunch of kale
    4 green onions
    1-2 oz of goat cheese

Tips

Add pine nuts and avocado for yumminess.


Directions

Mix soy sauce, oil, vinegar and yeast as dressing.
Chop/tear kale into small pieces. Cut out stalks.
Cube sweet potato and microwave to cook.
