Ingredients

    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Canned Artichoke Hearts in Water
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 Italian tomato
    Spinach, canned, 1 can drained
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    *Knorr Pesto 1 packet
    Feta Cheese, .5 cup, crumbled
    Shrimp, about half a pound

Directions

Brown garlic
add onion and olive oil, cook until soft
add spinach, tomatoes, artichokes, shrimp, pesto
top with Feta

Serving Size: Makes about 6 1 cup servings
