Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts
    4 smll white potatoes
    1 celery stalk
    1/4 red pepper
    1 small white onion
    1 med tomato
    1/2 cup of carrots
    1 cup of white mushrooms
    dash of black pepper
    dash of rosemary leaves
    2 twigs of mint leaves
    salt
    water
    1 tsp of coconut oil

Directions

wash the chicken, remove skin.
wash and cut all the veggies
heat up oil and brown onions. Once caramelized, add chicken. Cook until chicken is seared.
Add enough water~ 2 liters and the mint, salt.
Once water is boiling, add all veggies and black pepper.
Boil for about 10 minutes and remove chicken.
Blend all veggies, stock plus one chicken breast
Return to pot and simmer in low heat for about twenty more minutes. Add rosemary
