Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 3 cup (remove)
    liquid eggs, 2 cup (remove)
    *Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1 cup (remove)
    Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Crumbles - Fully Cooked, 3.35 cup (remove)
    Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 1.5 cup (remove)
    simply potatoes - hash browns (raw), 3.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix eggs and milk (salt & pepper to taste). Layer ingredients in a 13" x 9" pan starting with potatotes, then sausage, pour the egg mixture over the potatoes and sausage evenly, and top with the cheese.

Bake for 45 - 50 min
