Ingredients

    4 Chicken Thighs with skin
    3 Potato cubed
    2 Cup Carrot strips slices (baby carrots)
    1 Cup Celery chopped
    1 Cup Onion chopped
    1 Cup Water
    1 teaspoon salt

Tips

I remove onion and chicken skin from the top of thigh before eating. The skin and chicken drippings give the vegetables a nice flavor.


Directions

Put chopped vegetables in the bottom of the crockpot. Stir to mix veggies evenly. Add 1 cup water. Place chicken thighs on top of vegetables. Sprinkle salt over chicken and veggies (mostly over chicken). I also place a few slices of onion over the chicken for extra flavor. Cook on low all day.

Serving Size: Makes 4 meals
