Ingredients

    400 g Ground beef
    250 g Fresh Gnocchi
    250g Fresh Mushrooms
    2 Tbsp Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 large Red Bell Peppers
    1 fresh Onion
    1 Teeth of fresh Garlic
    6 Tbsp Rama Cremefine 7%
    100 ml dry Red Wine
    Salt
    Pepper
    Cayenne Pepper

Tips

The Gnocchi can be replaced by 600 g Potatoes. If you like it more spicy add Tabasco or your preferred spice.


Directions

Gently roast the ground beef, with the onion and garlic in the oil and add the mooshrooms. After a while add the bell pepper so they don't become too soft. At the end pour the wine and Cremefine and boil them up once. Now is the season to taste with salt, pepper and ceyenne pepper.
