    2 boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 small onion chopped
    1 cup fresh green chili chopped
    1 package whole grain linguini noodles
    salt and pepper to taste


for a not so spicy veriation use 1 cup mild caned green chili.


wash and cut chicken into small pieces.
in 9" skillet add 1T olive oil heat add chicken, garlic, and onion. cook untill chicken is no longer pink add green chili and reduce to simmer. salt and pepper to taste. In a medium pot cook linguini noodles untill tender. serve chicken over the noodles and enjoy
