    2 cups mixed salad greens
    1/3 of an avocado, peeled and cubed
    1/2 of a large tomato
    Handful of raisins
    Tbsp. sunflower seeds

Directions

Dice the tomato and avocado, peel sunflower seeds if needed. Top lettuce with all toppings, and add dressing of choice.
