Introduction

a lowfat chili with lots of veggies! a lowfat chili with lots of veggies!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    onions,
    gr peppers
    zucchini
    hamburg
    cannellini beans
    crushed tomatoes
    tomato sauce
    chili pwdr
    cumin pwdr
    salt and pepper

Directions

cut up: onion, gr pepper, zucchini and to pan with hamburger, once finished cooking, add to tomato sauce, crushed tomato, and beans. Add spices, add more if you like it really spicy. Cook on low for about 1 hour. Serve with chips if you like. Enjoy!
