    Red Potato, 595 grams (remove)
    Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Paprika, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Onion powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Olive Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)

Tips

Getting just the amount of olive oil is the trick, this and the cooking time needs to be adjusted depending on how fresh your potatoes are. The measurements listed are guesses.


Directions

Cut potatoes into approximately 1/4" french fry pieces, lay out in single layer on cookie sheet. Sprinkle the seasonings over all of the potatoes, drizzle with olive oil, toss to coat well. Spread out as single layer on cookie sheet and bake at 375 until brown and crisp. Cooking time is approximately 45 minutes to an hour
