Ingredients

3 1/2 cups Quaker Bran Muffin Mix (prepared recipe)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/5 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries (thawed)
Tips
Can use different berries (in same measurements) with great results.
Directions
1. Prepare bran muffin mix per package directions.
2. Add dried cranberries, and blueberries and stir well.
3. Measure 2 tablespoons of batter into each section of mini-muffin pan.
4. Bake at 400* for 16-18 minutes (check for doneness after 16 minutes as oven temperatures will vary).
Serving Size: Makes 24, mini-muffins
