    1 package of Market Day Beef Stew Meat 3 lbs lean stew meat
    Russet Potato, 2 cup chopped
    Onion, 1 medium cut in large chunks
    1 can of Peas with juice
    1 can Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato Soup plus 1/2 can of water
    1 bag of Baby Carrots 12 oz bag (entire bag) or 2 cups chopped carrots
    1 bay leaf
    salt and pepper to taste
    other seasonings such as Italian, marjoram, rosemary, whatever you like

    Put all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Remove bay leaf and discard before serving.
