Ingredients

    16 oz Vermicelli, 16 oz
    1/2 c Granulated Sugar
    3/4 c Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium
    3/4 c Rice wine vinegar
    1/4 c Sesame Oil
    1/4 c House of Tsang Mongolian Fire Oil, 12 tsp
    1 T dried cilantro
    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook and drain pasta according to box. Combine sugar, oils, and spices. Add cooked pasta to oil mixture. Toss to combine. Serve hot or cold. Add chicken, shrimp, or beef if desired.
