Ingredients

    Pureed Tomatoes, 1 can
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 1 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 cup, sliced
    Sweet potato, 1 cup, cubes
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    garlic 1tbsp chopped to taste
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    cumin- 1 tbsp to taste
    red pepper 1tbsp to taste
    onion powder 1tbsp to taste
    sea salt to taste
    chili powder 1 tbsp to taste

Tips

Change up the beans to your liking...you can make this without the oil and with a veggie stock instead- I just like the added bit of fat- makes it a bit more rich.


Directions

chop everything up, open all the cans and put in the crock pot! put in crock pot on 4-6 hours on high
