Ingredients

    1.5 cups Vegan Mayo (Veganaise is best)
    .5 cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
    1.5 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (Grit uses Heinz)
    1.5 tsp Nutritional Yeast
    1.5 tsp Onion Powder
    .25 tsp Dried Dill Weed (I upped to .5 tsp)
    .25 tsp Black Pepper (I upped to .5 tsp)
    .25 tsp Garlic Powder (I upped to .5 tsp)
    .25 tsp Dry Mustard (I upped to .5 tsp)


Tips

Wet (regular) mustard cannot be substituted with success


Directions

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Can keep for 2 weeks. Yields 2 cups.

Serving Size: Makes 16 2 tablespoon servings.
