Ingredients

    1/4 C - Yogurt, plain, low fat
    1 C - Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    1/2 - Medium Banana, fresh or frozen
    1/2 C - Strawberries, fresh or frozen
    1 t - Flax oil
    1 Scoop - Whey Protein by Body Fortress (or your fave)
    2 - ice cubes

Tips

You can add an extra scoop of Protein Powder and a little more flax oil if you're a guy.


Directions

Throw everything into a tall wide-bottom glass and hit it with a submersion blender till smooth. Chug this before a workout. Plenty of energy that won't weigh you down.

Serving Size: Makes one really tall cup! :)
