Ingredients
-
Lean Beef Steak Mince, 1000 gram(s)
Garlic, 3 cloves finely minced
Egg one medium
Red Wine, 0.5 glass
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
Cumin Ground, 1 tbsp
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
Parsley, 4 tbsp
Bread Crumbs, 100 gram(s)
Spicy Sauce
Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
Garlic, 2 cloves finely minced
Salt, 1 tsp
Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 0.5 tbsp
Cloves, ground, 0.5 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
Directions
Soak the bread crumps in the wine for about 5 minutes, or until thoroughly softened.
Then, squeeze out and reserve the excess wine.
In a large bowl, combine the ground meat with the wine soaked bread, egg, garlic, egg, parsley, grated cheese, cumin, and pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
Dampen your hands, pinch off small portions of meat mixture, about the quantity of a teaspoon or just over, and shape into approximately 50 oval rolls (looks sort of like an elongated, slightly flattened, meatball).
Grill in preheated oven until brown
Add all the sauce ingredients, and the reserved wine.
Bring to a boil and simmer until the sauce is thick.
Drop in the meatballs, stir to cover all over with the sauce, and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with rice, french fries, or mashed potatoes.
