Ingredients

    1 - lb Beef Stew Meat
    1 - 10 oz pkg of frozen mixed vegetables
    1.5 c - chopped cabbage
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 pkt of Brown Gravy Mix
    salt and pepper to taste
    Instant Brown Rice

Directions

Take first 5 ingredients and put in slow cooker with 1/2 cup water. Let cook 7 to 8 hours at medium heat. Add brown gravy mix 30 minutes before serving to thicken juice. Serve over brown rice.

Serving Size: Makes 6 - 1.5 cup servings of soup over half cup brown rice
