1 Healthy Choice Ham Skin removed and Diced
2 2lb Bags Frozen Broccoli
20 Cups COOKED Brown Rice (Approx. 10 cups Dry)
2 Cans Healthy Request Mushroom Soup
6 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 Small Diced Sauteed Onions
3 Cups Sour Cream
4 Cups Bread Crumbs
2 Cups Shredded Parmesan
2 Tbsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbsp. Salt

For Cannon Cut This Recipe In Half
Directions
Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in mixing bowl. Combine well and separate evenly into two greased long shallow hotel pans. Bake for 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.
Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Remove casseroles from oven and top each pan with half of bread crumb mixture.
Bake an additional 15 minutes until brown and interal temperature reaches a minimum of 165 degrees.
