I got this off of allrecipes.com. I estimated the servings. I figured this will make about 4 cups total (but I didn't actually measure) So I figured a cup per serving.

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
    1 Green pepper
    1 Red pepper
    1 Orange pepper
    1/4 cup of chopped onion
    8 oz can of pinapple tidbits with juice
    1 cup of teriyaki sauce
    1/4 cup of flour
    1 tsp crushed red pepper
    1 tsp of garlic powder
    2 tbsp of veg. oil

Tips

serve over rice for a dinner that is less than 400 calories


Directions

-Heat oil in a wok and add chicken.
-Cook chicken (about 10 min)
-once chicken is done cooking add peppers, onions, pineapple,teriyaki sauce. -bring to a simmer
-add flour, crushed red pepper, and garlic powder
-simmer for 15 min (sauce will thicken)

Serving Size: Makes 4-5; 1 cup servings
