Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-1.5 pounds lean ground beef
    1 15oz. can fat free re-fried beans
    1 small can green chili
    1/4 medium onion chopped
    salt
    pepper

Tips

Can add choice of toppings including cheese, reduced fat sour cream and guacamole. Calories are for beef and beans only. Does not include tortilla or toppings.


Directions

Chop onion and place in pan sprayed with cooking spray over medium heat. Cook until soft. Add ground beef and brown. Add green chile and mix. When warm add re-fried beans and mix. Stir occasionally until heated through. Serve on your favorite tortilla.
