Ingredients

.25 cup Kidney beans, light
.25 cup Kidney beans, dark
.25 cup Lentils
.25 cup Navy beans
.25 cup Great Northern beans
.25 cup Split peas
.25 cup Black beans
.25 cup Pinto beans
.25 cup Baby Lima beans
5 Turkey Sausages, diced
.5 Large onion, diced
3 Stalks celery
2 cups Carrots, diced
2 cups mushrooms, sliced
32 oz. Okra, frozen and sliced
2 cloves Garlic (or more)
4 tsp. Chicken Base
10 cups Water
1 cup Tomatoes, Crushed
3 Chipotle peppers, diced
.5 tsp. Black pepper
1 tsp. Oregano
.5 tsp. Basil
Directions
Makes 12- two cup servings
Measure all your beans in a bowl. Check for unwanted articles while rinsing with cold water. Pour drained beans in crock pot. Dice the turkey sausages, onions,celery, and carrots. Place in crock pot. Slice mushrooms. Put in pot. Dump okra in on the top.
Heat two cups of water to a boil (or Microwave). Add in the garlic and chicken base. When base is dissolved, pour over everything and add eight more cups of water.
Put heat on high for seven hours. Then turn to medium and check liquids. Add crushed tomatoes, chipotle peppers, spices and water, if needed and cook on medium one more hour.
