Chicken, broccoli and egg noodles in creamy alfredo sauce. Chicken, broccoli and egg noodles in creamy alfredo sauce.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 - 20.5 oz jar of alfredo sauce (or equivalent home-made white sauce)
    2 cups of egg noodles (can use no-yolk noodles)
    1/2 of a 10 oz bag of broccoli (I use florets and sometimes add use the whole bag)
    2 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thawed


If using your own white sauce, you can skip adding salt (for lower sodium) and season with white pepper.


Cut chicken breast into 1" pieces and fry in 1 tbsp of oil oil. Boil broccoli noodles and drain when al dente. Combine all ingredients and heat through.

Serving Size: Makes 8 - 3/4 cup servings.
