Introduction

This is the sauce recipe from a finalist of SparkRecipes Un-Chained Recipe Contest Finalist, KRAMTHEGRAM.
My family does not follow the diet I am doing through SparkPeople, so I have had to adapt a lot recipes for single servings. Although the recipe is enough for two whole pizzas, I cook the sauce and use it to make my own individual pizzas on family pizza night. 1/4 cup of it will cover English Muffin Pizzas or my favorite Sandwhich Spit pizzas.
