Ingredients

    ˝ lb Raw Fresh Wild Salmon
    ˝ an english cucumber, diced
    ˝ large mango, peeled and diced
    ˝ large avocado, peeled and diced
    ˝ jalapeno, minced
    2 Tbs cilantro, minced
    1 lime, zested and juiced
    1 Tbs sesame seeds
    1 Tbs sesame oil

Directions

Cut all ingredients into small squares. Add everything into one bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve immediately or chill in fridge a few hours (at most).

Serving Size: Makes 2 1/2 cups, 5 1/2 cup servings
