Ingredients

    4 extra large Eggs
    1 cup Milk, 2%
    1 tbsp Honey
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 tsp Brown Sugar
    1/2 tsp ground Cinnamon
    dash Pepper
    12 slices whole wheat bread

Tips

Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar and additional cinnamon if desired.


Directions

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, brown sugar and pepper. Dip bread in egg mixture; cook on a greased hot griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
