Ingredients

1/3 cup Aunt Jemima pancake mix
1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 TBS Motts original apple sauce
2 TBS Philadelphia Whipped Cream Cheese
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/8 tsp olive oil (used to coat pan)
Tips
This mix is 265.8 calories total.
If you make three medium sized pancakes it is about 88 calories each.
Two larger pancakes is 123.9 calories.
Directions
Mix together in a small bowl Aunt Jemima pancake mix, milk, apple sauce, and cream cheese.
Stir well until it is a semi-thick consistency
Add cinnamon (however much you prefer) and almond extract. I suggest 1/8 tsp as this recipe only makes a small potion.
Use a non stick pan or coat the pan and put it on medium to medium high.
Pour the desired amount of mix into the pan and let it cook for 5-8 minutes flipping once.
Serving Size: Makes about three smaller pancakes or you can do what I do and make one large one and cut it up.
