Ingredients

    1 head Cauliflower (chopped)
    2 crowns Broccoli (chopped)
    1 Turnip (diced)
    4 cups Chicken Broth (I use bouillon and water)
    4 cups Vegetable Broth (I use bouillon and water)
    1 Leeks (chopped)
    1 16 oz Velveeta Cheese Product (cubed)

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the cheese product in a crockpot and cook in high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Add cheese one hour prior to serving. Stir frequently before serving.

Serving Size: makes 10 2-cup servings
