Introduction

Ingredients

    Chicken
    Chicken stock
    Can tomatoes
    Can sauce
    can black beans
    can corn
    taco seasoning
    bunch of Kale

Tips

Do not put rice into the soup or it will soak up all the fluid and prevent proper cooking.


Directions

Open all the cans. Rinse the beans and corn to reduce sodium. Put all ingredients in a 6 quart crock pot. Cook on auto for 4-6 hours. Add Kale in last half hour. Shred chicken and serve alone or with rice.
