Ingredients

Drain and rinse 2 cans whole, unseasoned black beans plus 1 small can whole kernel corn.

Pour the beans and corn into a bowl or gallon size freezer bag.

    Add:
1/2 jar of chunky salsa (heat is up to you)
1 small can diced green chiles

    To taste:
    brown sugar
    cayenne powder
    chili powder

Stir, and keep in the refrigerator. Great with high fiber tortillas and chicken breast as a meal or as a side dish.
