Ingredients

    20 oz ground turkey
    2 cans of black beans, drained and rinsed.
    1 can of pinto beans, drained and rinsed.
    2 6 oz cans of tomato paste
    1 can of chicken broth
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    3 cloves of garlic, chopped
    2 tablespoons of chili powder
    1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder
    1 pinch of ground allspice
    1 pinch of black pepper

Tips

To make a less spicy chili reduce the chili powder to 1 tablespoon.

To make a spicier chili, add a can of diced chilis.


Directions

Brown ground turkey and add to the slow cooker.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Cook in a slow cooker on high for 4 hours or on slow for 8 hours.
