Ingredients

    *Margarine, regular, hard, soybean (hydrogenated and regular), 2 sticks
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Better Stevia, 60 grams
    *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    *Flour, white, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp
    Allspice, 0.5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp
    Oats, 3 cups
    Raisins, 1 cup
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened, 1 cup
    Eggs, large 2
    Walnuts, 0.5 cup, chopped

Tips

Need more raisins or cranberries. Maybe more nuts. Next time, try using more whole wheat flour and less white. Cut the salt to 1/2 tsp. Increase allspice.


Directions

Cream margarine very well. Add brown sugar and stevia. Continue creaming. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Add raisins, cranberries and nuts.

In a separate bowl, combine both flours, soda, spices & salt. Add to mixing bowl. Combine. Add oats and mix until just combined.

Drop by teaspoon onto waxed cookie sheet or parchment paper.

Bake at 350degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
