Ingredients

    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 packet dry hidden valley ranch mix
    2 cans kidney beans, undrained
    1 can of yellow corn, undrained
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce to low simmer 30-45 mins stirring occasionally. This also works well in the crock pot.

This will make 6 servings....190 calories each.
(Great with cornbread for those in the family not dieting. )
