Ingredients

    2lb. ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can light red kidney beans
    8oz. crushed or petite diced tomatoes
    7.5 oz tomato puree
    6 oz. tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp chili powder
    2 cups water

Tips

For best flavor, serve the following day.


Directions

Brown ground turkey with salt, and add diced onion. Cook until onions are soft and translucent. Add all other ingredients and cook for 1 - 3 hrs. The longer it cooks the better the flavor.
