    1.5 lbs Sweet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 cups low sodium vegetable broth or water
    1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
    1 can no salt added diced tomatoes (15 oz)
    1 package frozen chopped okra (10 oz)

    spice paste:
    6 cloves garlic
    1 tsp sea salt
    2 tbspn paprika
    1.5 tspn cumin seeds
    1 tspn black pepper
    .5 tspn ground ginger
    .5 tspn ground allspice
    1 tblspn olive oil


blend spices together in blender to make paste.
add all ingredients to pot, including paste,bring to a boil.
reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 15 minutes, uncover and simmer for 10 additional minutes.

Serving Size: 2 cups?
