    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup butter, softened
    2 bananas, ripe
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon soda, dissolved in 1 tablespoon cold water
    2 cups flour
    1 teaspoon backing powder
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg


Heat oven to 350.
Combine and mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Place batter in a greased bread pan.
Bake 40-50 mins or until cooked.
Cool 10 mins then remove from pan.
