Ingredients

    1 Package of Betty Crocker Gluten Free Cake Mix
    1 container Pillsbury Sugar Free Frosting
    2 egg whites
    10oz Diet Coke

Tips

Betty Crocker has a few different cake mixes. I used the Devil Food one. Sugar free frosting comes in few different flavors. The different flavors might effect the calories in the cup cakes. Run it through the recipe calculator to be safe of you chose a different flavor of cake or frosting.


Directions

Mix the egg whites and the cake mix along with the diet coke together in a bowl till smooth. Fill cupcake liners 1/4 full.
Put in pre-heated 350 oven for 14 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Take out and cool on wire wrack. Frost with Sugar free frosting about 1 3/4 tablespoon of frosting on each cupcake. You will have a bit of frosting left over. Be strong and toss the remaining frosting and enjoy the cupcakes!
