Introduction

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 TB. dry yeast
    2 cups warm water
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup oil
    2 eggs-beaten
    2 teaspoons salt
    1 cup wheat flour flour
    4 1/2 cups all purpose flour

    Dissolve yeast in warm water-add sugar. Let sit until foamy. Add oil-eggs-and salt. Mix well.
    Slowly add flour and knead until smooth,about 6 minutes
    Transfer to lightly oiled bowl and cover, let rise until almost doubled.
    Punch down and let rise again.
    Divide dough in half. Roll out 10 rolls from each half. Place on sheet pan and let rise until almost doubled.

Tips

rolls will have a "thumping" sound when done.


Directions

Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes
Brush tops with melted butter while still warm.
