    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 5 tsp (remove)
    chopped olives 4.25 oz can, 1 serving (remove)
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Cucumber (peeled), 1 medium (remove)
    Dill weed, dried, .5 tsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 6 pita, small (4" dia) (remove)
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) sliced


Spray skillet with non stick spray-crumble turkey-add garlic, cook & stir. stir in mustard & olives, set aside.
In a bowl combine yogurt,cucumber, dill, garlic.
Assemble sandwich, cut pita loaves in half,place 2 tomato slices and about 1/4 turkey mixture in each pita.
