Skim milk approx 2 cups for desired consistency
OLB BAY SEASONING 2 TBL.

Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98%Fat Free)

Rice Uncle bens white rice instant boil bag
Cream Cheese Fat Free block
Shrimp Raw 1lb approx 26 medium shrimp peeled and deveined.
Directions
in a stock pot combine I cup of skim milk, Cream cheese, and can of Cream of chicken soup over medium heat stir until all ingredients are mixed to a smooth consistency remove from heat set aside. boil the instant rice then add to the cream mixture. In a skillet add 1/4 cup water and 1 teaspoon of OLD BAY seasoning and add shrimp and Imitation Crab or Lobster and
Stir until shrimp is almost pink... Then add to the
pot containing the cream mixture.
at this time add remaining spices, Pepper, remainder of Old Bay seasoning.
put back over medium heat and stir adding the last cup of skim milk for desired consistency
I Like my soup to be a bit thick...
***FOR next day left overs you will need to add milk or water to get original consistency when reheating.. ENJOY!
