Ingredients

    one slice whole wheat bread
    2 tbsp ff cream cheese
    1/4 avocado sliced
    1/4 cup cucumber slices with peel
    2 medium tomato slices
    one romaine lettuce leaf
    3 spanish olives with pimento

Directions

cut bread in half and spread ff cream cheese on it. add vegs and top with other piece of bread.
