Ingredients

Flank or skirt Steak, 8 oz
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 can (10.5 oz),
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup
    Minced Onion (dried), 2 tablespoon

Tips

Add water only if you want a soupier result. This makes a nice gravy without added water. Fat free soups work fine.

Directions

Cut the beef into spoonable size chunks, brown in hot skillet. Remove to slow cooker. Pare potato. Cut vegetables into appropriate size hunks. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on low up to 8 hours, or on high for 5. Serve.
