Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    1 x 425g tin of tuna in water, drained
    3 cups of potatoes, boiled & mashed (no butter or milk)
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1/2 cup red capsicum, chopped
    Bunch of fresh parsley, chopped
    1 x egg, large
    handful of flour,for dusting
    salt/pepper to taste

Tips

Add any flavours, spices or veggies you like to make this recipe you own.

If not watching your weight a little fresh parmesan cheese is delicious.


Directions

Combined all the ingredients in a large bowl.

Wet hands with water and roll mix into even sized balls (about golf ball size)

Flatten the ball slightly and coat with flour. Place non stick frying pan on stove top and heat to medium.

Place in a non stick pan frying pan and cout until golden brown on both sides. The ingredients do not need to be cooked but warmed through and golden.
