Introduction

This taco salad has all the taste and VERY little fat. Kids love it, too! This taco salad has all the taste and VERY little fat. Kids love it, too!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Ground beef
    green onions
    Fat free sour cream
    Fat free cheddar cheese
    fat free refried beans
    Shredded lettuce
    Baked scoops--15 for each serving
    Pace Salsa
    1 medium tomato diced

Tips

Sometimes I use left over low fat chili instead of the plain beef and refried beans. The calories end up being about the same. This is a VERY filling meal.


Directions

Cook the beef until brown. Warm the refried beans. For each serving, use 15 baked scoops (zap for about 1 minute--depending on Microwave-- to warm and crisp--careful, they'll burn easily) for your taco salad base, then add the shredded lettuce, beef, refried beans, cheese and the rest of the ingredients. Delicious!
