Ingredients

    Chili Powder, Honey, Angel Hair Pasta, Salt, Teriyaki Sauce, Chicken Tenderloin.

Tips

For the pasta sauce, I usually do 4 shakes of the bottle, about 1 tbsp, and a tsp of honey.


Directions

1. Defrost the chicken in the microwave. 1 minute on each side. Use one tenderloin. Salt each side.
2. Fill a bowl with 5 tbsp Teriyaki sauce, more or less to your taste, 2 tbsp chili powder, and 1 tbsp Honey.
3. Use a skillet on medium heat. Put in one tbsp of oil on the pan(extra virgin olive oil is the best).
4. Put the Chicken in the mix, covering it. Then put it in the frying pan, then pour half of the rest of the mixture on the top of it. Wait two minutes.
5. Flip the chicken in the pan and pour the rest of the mixture over it. Wait 3 minutes.
6. Check the inside of the chicken by cutting a small slit with the spatula to make sure it is done, if it isn't every minute flip the chicken until it is.
7. While you are doing this boil water for the angel hair.
8. When both are done, drain the pasta, put it on the plate with the chicken, and pour teriyaki sauce and honey mixture over the pasta. You have to do this to your taste.
